How we handle business inquiry information. Last updated October 18, 2026.
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address and message. Your company, country or region, product interest and estimated quantity are optional. We also record a receipt identifier, language, submission time and notification status.
We use this information to answer your inquiry, discuss products or business opportunities and keep a record of our conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Inquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Resend handles email notifications, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Processing by these providers is also subject to their respective policies.
Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorised administrators who need it for this work. Records are not automatically deleted. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information.
